Notes: One of four "quintessential" Oxford pubs. This classic pub has plenty of room to host large groups, and has enough corners to hide away on your own. It is a little known fact that the "Inklings" (JRR Tolkien and CS Lewis' famed literary club) frequented the L&F after a falling out with the Eagle and Child in the late 1940's.
