The Trout Inn

Where: Wolvercote
Ales on Tap: Timothy Taylor, Adnams
Food: The finest dining offered in any pub - truly outstanding cuisine
Unique Feature: AMAZING setting where the River Thames meets the Cotswolds. This enchanting pub is a "must see" for any visitor to Oxfordshire. With an upscale, yet warm interior and an incredible patio (which seats well over one hundred) overlooking the rapids at Tadpole Bridge, the Trout is a distination for food, drink and setting!

Notes: Although I wouldn't recommend the Trout as a "pop in for a pint" local pub, it is one of the finest food/drink establishments in the Oxford area. Whether you are visiting Oxford, or having guests coming in for the weekend: you should make the lovely walk up Port Meadow to the Trout!
